Enterprise Workday Integration Specialist

A seasoned professional in Workday integrations, you will spearhead our team to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversight responsibility for projects across the organization.
- Support the pursuit process for consulting work.
- Lead the recruitment, development, and management of a diverse, remote team of consultants supporting Workday applications.
- 3-7 years of Workday (or other ERP) Consulting implementation experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Proven experience leading a virtual team for 3+ years.
You will collaborate closely with engagement managers, project managers, managing consultants, and leads, and serve as a liaison between the consulting team and executive leadership. You will assist in identifying business needs, staffing projects, and ensuring that the work/life balance of our consultants is monitored and adjusted appropriately.
