Workday Integrations Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Workday Integrations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of Workday solutions and providing expert guidance to project teams.

This role involves overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and delivering high-quality results. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of Workday technology.

The Workday Integrations Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and delivery teams, to ensure seamless integration of Workday solutions across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight responsibility for multiple projects across the practice.
  • Oversee and assist project managers and team members as needed to identify project needs, reduce risk, and develop solutions and strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-7 years of Workday (or other ERP) consulting implementation experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Proven experience leading a virtual team for 3+ years.
  • Fast learner, detail-oriented, decisive, and enjoy fast-paced work environments.
  • Must work well within and across teams to get things accomplished.
