Job Description

The Workday Integrations Manager plays a pivotal role in providing expert guidance, advice, and development support to management teams and their subsequent team members.

This individual will assist the sales team with sales activities such as orals, estimations, and Statements of Work. They will work closely with Engagement Managers, Project Managers, Managing Consultants, and leads, and act as a liaison between the team and executive management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight responsibility for projects across the practice.
  • Assist Engagement Managers and team members when needed to identify project needs, reduce risk, and develop solutions and strategies.

Sales Support:

  • Support the RFP response and pursuit process for consulting work.

Team Leadership:

  • Assist in recruiting, developing, and managing a diverse, remote team of consultants supporting Workday applications.
  • Promote a team-oriented, challenging, and innovative work environment.

Methodology:

  • Drive team and individuals to achieve high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Establish immediate credibility with clients and within the company; build consensus and achieve goals through influence.
  • Build trust-based relationships and identify business development opportunities.

People Development:

  • Perform mentor and coach roles.
  • Analyze team skills and provide cross-training to maintain team ability to staff projects appropriately.
  • Advise management on team members' expertise and availability.

Performance Management:

  • Establish direct reports' goals and objectives during bi-annual reviews.
  • Direct the collection of performance feedback from customers and engagement/project managers quarterly or upon project completion.
  • Collect internal contributions for team members ensuring data is received by HR quarterly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-7 years of Workday (or other ERP) consulting implementation experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Proven experience leading a virtual team for 3+ years.
  • Fast learner, detail-oriented, decisive, and enjoy fast-paced work environments.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Sales engagement experience estimating and presenting to prospects.
