Job Opportunity: Learning Experience Leader

We are seeking an exceptional professional to lead our Learning Team, designing and delivering impactful leadership and capability programs that inspire growth, enhance engagement, and shape the future of early learning.

This role requires a strategic thinker, a collaborative partner, and a champion for continuous learning, who can build strong partnerships, anticipate workforce needs, and create innovative, engaging learning solutions.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping the future of learning, empowering our people to grow, thrive, and make a lasting impact on children and families.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organisational Development, or Psychology, with at least 5 years of experience leading L&D teams in a large, complex organisation.

  • Building strategic partnerships and anticipating workforce needs

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organisational Development, or Psychology
  • At least 5 years of experience leading L&D teams in a large, complex organisation
  • Deep knowledge of the full learning cycle, adult learning theories, instructional design, and supporting technologies
  • Ability to think strategically while effectively managing operational demands
  • Strong skills in consultation, negotiation, and influencing at all levels
