Job Description

This role will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.

  • Process orders and follow up on placed orders
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and delivery schedules
  • Resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly
Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate with suppliers to monitor stock levels
  • Ensure accurate receipt of goods and manage inventory effectively
Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent administration skills and a strong attention to detail.

  • A minimum of 6 months experience in an administrative role
  • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and v-lookups
  • Ability to handle paperwork and maintain organised records
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
