Procurement administrators play a pivotal role in the smooth operation of our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of inventory and ensuring that stock levels are maintained in line with company policy.

You will work closely with suppliers to ensure that logistics and delivery expectations are met, including keeping up-to-date records on our ERP system and liaising with customers to support project work.

Previous experience in a Procurement/Inventory Management Administration/Coordination role is essential, as is excellent communication skills and a strong aptitude for computer systems and Microsoft Packages.

A key aspect of this role is problem-solving and creating solutions, working with a varied group of suppliers and taking ownership of outcomes.
