Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to deliver personalised support to clients with complex disabilities.

  • This role requires the ability to assist clients with personal care, administer medication, and perform manual handling tasks.
About the Role

This position involves working across a variety of shift times, including early mornings, day shifts, afternoons, evenings, and awake overnights. A current NSW Driver's Licence (P2 minimum) is also required.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • To deliver high-quality support to clients with complex disabilities.
  • To assist clients with personal care, administer medication, and perform manual handling tasks as required.
  • To support clients to make their own choices and build skills to be more independent.
  • To build positive relationships with clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Essential Criteria:

  • Proven experience in delivering support to clients with complex disabilities.
  • Current NSW Driver's Licence (P2 minimum).
