About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Practitioner to join our national Consulting team, providing training, coaching, and wellbeing support to First Nations employees and communities.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in complex organisational environments and possess strong adult education and training skills.

They will be responsible for supporting social emotional wellness, facilitating yarning circles, and delivering high-quality workplace consulting services in mental health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting First Nations employees and communities
  • Facilitating yarning circles and delivering training
  • Providing wellbeing support and reporting on progress
  • Delivering workplace consulting services in mental health and wellbeing
Requirements
  • Experience in complex organisational environments
  • Adult education and training skills
  • Registration as a mental health professional is desirable
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is desirable
