This pivotal role will lead the implementation of our First Nations Employment Strategy and contribute to People and Culture initiatives within our First Nations Strategy.
The incumbent will play a vital part in strengthening career pathways and ensuring our workplace is culturally safe, inclusive and empowering.
- A First Nations person with relevant tertiary qualification and extensive experience in First Nations workforce development or equivalent.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Federal and State legislation and policy relating to First Nations employment.
- Experienced in people leadership, cultural capability building, and developing workforce programs.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.

- Leading the implementation of the First Nations Employment Strategy.
- Contributing to People and Culture initiatives within our First Nations Strategy.
