Parts Interpreter Liaison

The key responsibilities of this dynamic position include:
- Providing technical information to customers based on published facts only, without offering advice or opinions.
- Conducting research and consulting the latest parts books, IRM's, Technical Partsgrams, SIS, TMI, AX, and other resources to ensure accurate part numbers.
- Developing customer loyalty by addressing their needs, issues, and concerns, utilizing available resources within the dealership to provide solutions.
- Utilizing business systems (e.g., AX & OTV) to maximize customer satisfaction regarding parts availability and order delivery.
- Completing critical tasks, including OTIF reviews, within acceptable target times and contacting customers as needed.
In this role, you will require:
- A thorough knowledge of Caterpillar and associated products parts and services.
- Experience working within a parts-oriented department.
- A valid HR forklift license is desirable.
- Sound computing skills, including a good working knowledge of Microsoft AX.
- The ability to maintain a high level of workplace health and safety.
