Job Role Summary

The Estate Systems Manager will play a critical role in the effective management of systems that support the university's physical estate infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain systems supporting the university's physical estate facilities, landscapes, and infrastructure
  • Enable delivery of strategic objectives and outcomes that meet divisional and university requirements
  • Enhance and sustain the university's physical environment by creating state-of-the-art facilities, landscapes, and infrastructure
  • Oversee major construction projects and engineering services to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Provide integrated services including security, cleaning, commercial leasing, venues, accommodation, safety compliance, and environmental sustainability
