Job Role: Infrastructure Project Support Officer
">As a key member of the infrastructure division, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of estate and infrastructure projects within Defence. You will provide expert advice to project teams on relevant approval pathways and processes, engaging widely throughout Defence.
The successful applicant will be accountable for providing high-level strategic guidance, support, and training within the group for inquiries relating to the Smart Buyer process. This includes drafting and preparing workshop documentation and presentations, including Smart Buyer Reports. You will also provide support to infrastructure division's project teams approaching gate reviews and assist with the development and management of the annual enterprise estate investment program (EEIP) gate zero submission to the investment committee.
To excel in this role, you will require strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to self-prioritise workloads. You will also need to demonstrate good judgement, initiative, and a willingness to strive for continuous improvement through refined business processes.
We are looking for someone who can work under limited or broad direction within an integrated workforce, delivering quality and timely work outcomes while taking independent action and possessing great teamwork and stakeholder management skills. The ideal applicant will be trustworthy, transparent, and possess the highest levels of integrity.
