Electrical Project Leadership Role: Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a leadership role within our electrical services team. As the Electrical Project Leader, you will be responsible for leading a regional team of tradespeople and technical professionals in constructing, operating and maintaining the underground distribution network.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a regional team in constructing, operating and maintaining the underground distribution network.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize Program of Work activities.
  • Drive compliance and quality standards, including onsite audits and discussions with team members.
  • Collaborate with the Works Delivery Manager to upskill team members' technical skills and drive performance and productivity.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have significant experience working within an electrical environment and a proven track record of leading teams. Key attributes we are looking for include:

  • Experience with enterprise planning software.
