The Role Description

This fast-paced position offers a chance to work with some of Sydney's most prestigious and newly built properties. As the new Senior Leasing Manager, you will need to provide a high-level service that exceeds your high-profile client's expectations. Your responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing a Junior Leasing Consultant to ensure seamless property management operations
  • Handling and addressing rental inquiries via email and phone in a timely manner
  • Conducting open homes and inspections to showcase properties in their best light
  • Routine inspections to maintain the highest standards of property maintenance
  • Preparing lease sign-ups and lease packs to facilitate smooth transactions
  • Reference checking and reviewing application forms to ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Administration duties to support the team's success
Key Qualifications
  • Previous leasing experience in Real Estate, preferably in a leadership role
  • A current Certificate of Registration, reliable car, and valid driver's license to ensure safe transportation
  • Proficient knowledge of Real Estate programs to stay up-to-date with industry developments
  • Excellent communication skills and computer proficiency to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain organization to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
