Therapist Role

We are seeking a skilled Therapist to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland.

This is a permanent opportunity with a diverse caseload that includes adult and paediatric clients with developmental and acquired disabilities.

As a Therapist at Better Rehabilitation, you will experience a varied workload that involves conducting assessments, designing therapy plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Engage in meaningful interactions with clients and their families to understand their needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement innovative therapy plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify client strengths and challenges.
  • Design and implement effective therapy plans that align with client goals and objectives.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
