Senior Occupational Therapist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to manage a caseload of participants and design therapy programs to achieve participant outcomes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess participants' functional capacity, including physical and psychological abilities, through clinical assessment.
  • Develop participant-centred goals specific to each client's circumstances.
  • Provide expert professional guidance to junior clinicians, including mentoring.
  • Requirements:
  • Occupational Therapist (with AHPRA registration).
  • 2+ years experience delivering NDIS therapy services.
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.
