At a leading NDIS provider, we are proud to support thousands of participants in over 300 locations across Australia. Our team delivers Allied Health services including Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Behaviour Support, Psychology, Exercise Physiology and Physiotherapy.

The Community-based Occupational Therapist role is an exciting opportunity for experienced or newly graduated Occupational Therapists to join our dynamic team. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to tailor your caseload to suit your interests and expertise.

We are looking for Occupational Therapists who thrive in a flexible, community-based environment and are passionate about working in the disability sector. You will have the freedom to work full-time or part-time, choosing days that suit you best.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload that aligns with your areas of interest
  • Conduct clinical assessments across emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functions
  • Develop individualised, evidence-based therapy goals and interventions
  • Provide environmental modification advice for homes, schools, workplaces, and residential settings
  • Recommend and facilitate Assistive Technology (AT) to promote independence
  • Stay compliant with current legislation and NDIS guidelines
  • Work collaboratively within a supportive, multidisciplinary team
