We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Industrial Relations Advisor to join our team.
- This is a key role that requires the ability to advise and support HR and project leadership teams across major engineering and construction projects.
- The successful candidate will have extensive experience in industrial relations, including managing IR/ER in large-scale projects and complex industrial environments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert advice on industrial instruments, including Enterprise Agreements (EAs) and Modern Awards
- Supporting EA negotiation and implementation across multiple projects and jurisdictions
- Developing and implementing IR strategies aligned with business objectives and project timelines
- Providing advice and support on performance management, misconduct investigations, grievances, and disciplinary processes
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum 5+ years experience in IR/ER advisory roles, preferably within construction, resources, or infrastructure
- Proven experience managing IR/ER in large-scale projects and complex industrial environments
- Deep understanding of Australian employment legislation, industrial instruments, and Fair Work Commission processes
