About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our team in Toowoomba, Queensland.

Role Overview

This is a permanent full-time opportunity to work with individuals of all ages and abilities, providing holistic allied health services. Our organisation is committed to supporting internal and external Professional Development for new graduates and experienced professionals alike.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing assessment and intervention services for speech language social communication literacy voice fluency augmentative and alternative communication swallowing mealtime management and dysphagia;
  • Delivering transdisciplinary sessions as part of a multidisciplinary team;
  • Developing innovative programs to meet the needs of our community.
Essential Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will require:

  • A qualification in Speech Pathology;
  • Registration as a Certified Practicing Member of SPA;
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a multi-disciplinary team;
  • Passion for ongoing learning and progression.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications

It would be beneficial if you have:

  • Experience working in the NDIS space;
  • Paediatric experience;
  • Experience in assessment and intervention across the lifespan within a variety of clinical areas.
Salary and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary of $80,000 - $130,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including employee discount employee mentoring program maternity leave professional development assistance referral program travel reimbursement visa sponsorship and work from home options.
