About the role

The Product Consultant is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering high-quality services to our clients. Reporting to the Products Manager, this role provides effective operational support to the organisation, including second level service support, system maintenance, training delivery, stakeholder management, business engagement, business benefit delivery and project work.

This is a wonderful opportunity for a passionate Product Consultant with a background in Residential Aged Care to join our high-performing team, led by a dedicated leader.

About you:

To be considered, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in IT and/or management related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role supporting software systems, such as AlayaCare, MediMep, Pixalere, PainChek
  • Minimum 5 years Corporate IT experience
  • Experience as a Business Consultant or Functional Consultant
  • Ability to code in languages such as Java Scripts, C# and Python
  • Experience working in an Agile methodology-based delivery environment
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to new environments/systems, respond to changing demands
  • Previous experience on project teams
  • Previous training delivery experience
  • The ability to travel to BaptistCare facilities across NSW, ACT and WA when required.
