This medium-sized, growing property company is experiencing excellent growth and success across Australia. In light of this growth, a newly created Team Assistant position is available. Supporting the Managing Director, the Team Assistant will ensure timely and accurate administrative support is provided to the business. The role encompasses a broad range of projects and sits within a highly engaged and vibrant office culture.
The Team Assistant will ensure that all property administration processes and general office administration tasks are performed within the relevant timeframes, You will assist with preparing meeting agendas, minutes, investor reports and document production, travel and meeting coordination, expense management, general facilities, meeting/greeting visitors, liaising with suppliers and overseeing the IT systems, updating the database, adhoc reports, projects and general office administration.
Ideally, you have three years of experience in a corporate property administration capacity or work as a Team Assistant/EA/PA. You have experience supporting a range of stakeholders from Junior through to Senior executives. You understand the TA role of keeping business units connected and bring a positive approach to your work. This role will help to excel your career in property administration and Executive Support, whilst giving you a good amount of autonomy and responsibility.
