We are seeking highly skilled and experienced professionals to join our front-of-house team as wait staff, bartenders, and floor supervisors. The role is ideal for those who possess excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our customers. Key responsibilities include greeting and seating customers with warmth and professionalism, taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, delivering meals and drinks in a timely manner, maintaining cleanliness of the dining area, and assisting in setting up and packing down shifts.

Bartenders will also be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers, having a deep understanding of mixology, and following responsible service of alcohol guidelines (RSA). Floor supervisors will lead and support FOH staff during service, maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction, manage floor flow, reservations, and customer issues as they arise, and assist with staff training and development.

Requirements for the position include a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in quality or high-volume establishment, a positive personality and excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset and great attention to detail, reliability and strong team spirit, professional presentation and punctuality, ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and availability to work at least 1 weekend day.
