We're looking for a detail-oriented Hospitality Expert to join our team. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make every room feel like home away from home.

We are on the hunt for those who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. With our new NightCap accommodation here at Commercial Hotel, we're looking for enthusiastic Hospitality Experts to be the welcoming faces to match the new facilities

**A day in the life of a Hospitality Expert**:

- Ensure rooms are crisp and well-maintained
- Follow daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules
- Communicate with the Publican to report any maintenance or repairs
- Work with the Front Office team to deliver special requests

- You've got attention to detail and can maintain high standards
- You're reliable, punctual and adaptable
- You take pride in your work and it shows
