Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate hospitality expert to join our team. As a seasoned server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

About the Position

  • Meet and greet guests, promptly attend to tables and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience
  • Serve food and beverages, making recommendations when needed to enhance the guest's visit
  • Utilize your menu knowledge to answer questions and accommodate special requests, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued
  • Maintain accurate records in our MICROS system, ensuring timely completion of transactions
  • Regularly check-in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course and beverage, showcasing your dedication to excellence
  • Clean tables, complete closing duties, and restock supplies, demonstrating your commitment to maintaining a clean and organized environment
  • Possess great conversational skills and be a team player, with a positive outlook and outgoing personality
  • Previous serving experience is an asset, but not required

Key Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in providing top-notch customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with restaurant operations and MICROS systems
