Key responsibilities include preparing beverages, working with an extensive range of local and imported wines, spirits, and craft beers, upselling and suggestive selling, restocking and replenishing bar inventory supplies, and ensuring safe and responsible service of alcohol.

To succeed in this role, you will need 1 year of experience in a similar position, extensive beverage knowledge, a valid RSA certificate, and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
