Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Food Production Supervisor to lead and coordinate assigned sections, ensuring financial, operational, and statutory accountability.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Maintaining culinary, operation (labour and materials), and internal service levels to agreed standards.

- Coordinating food production activities by liaising with the Executive Chef and Assembly Manager.

- Proactively managing team performance, including training and coaching.

- Ensuring legal/compliance requirements across health and safety, food safety, and security.

- Leading/attending operational meetings and shift briefings.

- Planning work allocation, staff rostering, and scheduling.

- Creating various reports.

Requirements:

- Approximately 3 years' experience working within Operations environments.

- Experience working in Food Hygiene/Health & Safety/High Security environments preferred.

- Effective team leading/supervisory experience in fast-paced unionized environments.

- Excellent time management skills, handling multiple tasks without losing focus on priorities.

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in related disciplines highly desirable.
