Production Team Manager Job

A well-established food manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Production Team Manager to oversee the efficient running of production and drive team performance.

  • This key role involves developing and implementing strategies to improve productivity, quality, and staff motivation.
  • Working closely with the Manufacturing Manager, you will coordinate production activities, ensure timely delivery of products, and maintain high standards of quality.
  • You will be responsible for communicating production expectations to team members, conducting regular visual checks, and ensuring a safe working environment.
About the Role

Requirements
