In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a team delivering important bridge and infrastructure maintenance and construction projects across the region.

You will support the team by providing a wide range of administrative and project management support (both for development and delivery projects) to help meet operational and project requirements including:

• Project administration, data entry and compliance management.
• Coordinating meetings, training and travel requirements to support operations.
• Supporting procurement processes and functions including raising purchase orders, reconciling and processing invoices and similar tasks.
• Participating in procurement processes including preparation of tender documents, participating in tender evaluations, contract management, and similar tasks.
• Preparing project documentation such as reports and plans.
• Participating in workshops, review meetings, and onsite discussions to develop, and control project outcomes.
• You can take pride in your work with your contribution being critical to the delivery of key bridge projects in the region.
