Job Title: Venue Manager

We are seeking a passionate and experienced leader to join our team at a fun entertainment venue in Northbridge, Perth.

Responsibilities:

  • Be a hands-on leader motivating and driving your team to provide exceptional guest experiences.
  • Drive revenues by running efficient shifts and going above and beyond for our guests.
  • Create engaging spaces where you and the team can deliver outstanding experiences.
  • Support and inspire an energetic team of hospitality professionals.
  • Manage Front of House & Back of House operations, including rosters, training, budget management, forecasting, casual recruitment, COGs, and labour.
  • Build a collaborative and inclusive culture.
  • Mentor, develop, and upskill your team members.
  • Learn the ropes of managing all aspects of a busy entertainment venue.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience (minimum 2-3 years) in charge of a busy hospitality/entertainment venue.
  • A valid RSA.
  • Ability to pass a National Police Check.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Proven experience in all areas of a hospitality venue (bar, kitchen, functions etc).
  • Strong time management skills and high-level experience in administrative tasks.
