We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Senior Project Officer.
- The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of health promotion programs in NSW.
- Key responsibilities include building relationships with stakeholders, designing and delivering prevention programs, and providing strategic advice to senior decision makers.
This position is based in the Child and Family Programs team, where you will work collaboratively with others to implement statewide initiatives.
You will be responsible for analyzing evidence and data to inform program design and delivery, as well as managing stakeholder risks and communications.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Program Development: Design and deliver key childhood obesity prevention programs, working closely with local health districts and stakeholders.
- Evidence-Based Decision Making: Analyze evidence and data to provide strategic advice to senior decision makers, informing program development and delivery.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, including local health districts and community groups.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and manage stakeholder risks and communications, ensuring effective program delivery.
We are looking for someone with experience in managing change and communications, and who can demonstrate the ability to translate complex information accurately and effectively with diverse stakeholders.
You should have a proven track record of designing, implementing, and managing large-scale health promotion programs to deliver health outcomes.
