Job Description:

As an Equipment Maintenance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform regular maintenance on machinery, troubleshoot and repair mechanical faults, and conduct inspections to maintain optimal performance.
  • Quality Control: Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies, maintaining records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to improve processes, reduce production stoppages, and optimize equipment performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Solid knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and equipment
