  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to develop, implement, and continuously improve educational programs.
  • Observe and assess children's learning and development, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop strategies to support children's learning, inclusion, and overall well-being.

Requirements:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • A valid Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
