Leadership Role in Early Childhood Education

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead educational initiatives and drive excellence in early childhood education.

This role involves guiding educators in creating engaging experiences that foster creativity, curiosity, and meaningful learning for every child.

The National Learning, Research, and Development Program supports professional growth, providing opportunities for development and knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor educators to design high-quality learning experiences.
  • Develop curriculum that promotes creativity, curiosity, and effective learning.
  • Collaborate with partners to support professional development and knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in regular forums for knowledge sharing and access training resources.
  • Support practices for inclusion, wellbeing, sustainability, and documentation.

Ideal Qualifications:
  • Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
  • ACECQA-approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or higher.
  • Current State-working with Children's Check.
  • Current Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain).
  • Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid certificates.
