The Role

This role focuses on operational campaign execution that drives customer engagement and delivers business outcomes through impactful, relevant, and timely customer communications. You will oversee the end-to-end execution and optimization of customer marketing campaigns to provide best-in-class omnichannel experiences across SMS, email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.

You will lead the delivery of innovative, engaging, and personalized campaigns from the Customer Marketing Power Plan across owned channels, champion our brand tone of voice through copy and style of communications, and develop and share detailed communication plans for each campaign.
