Job Overview:

Our client is a leading gold producer with multiple sites across Australia. We are seeking an OHS Administrator to join their corporate operations in Perth on a 12-month fixed term contract.

The successful applicant will support the site team in promoting a Zero Harm culture, providing administrative assistance and ensuring compliance with OH&S regulations.

Prior experience in OHS/HSEQ administration is highly regarded, but not essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update and review training records, vehicle and equipment documentation, and incident data
  • Enter daily statistics and produce regular progress reports
  • Schedule employee and contractor training on OH&S matters
  • Review and update annual accreditation documents
  • Verify contractor compliance with company policies
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
