Senior Corporate Governance Advisor

Corporate Governance Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to join a leading organisation and contribute their expertise in corporate governance.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of company secretarial duties, including compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. They will be responsible for maintaining charters, policies, and corporate records, ensuring adherence to ASIC, APRA, and other relevant regulations.

  • Manage the daily activities related to Director Elections, the Annual General Meeting, and annual reporting, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Oversee the coordination of Board and Board Committee meetings.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in delivering company secretarial and governance duties.
  • Experience in team management and/or mentoring.
  • Knowledge of ASIC, APRA, ACNC, and other regulatory and legal requirements is an advantage.
  • Qualifications from the Governance Institute of Australia.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
