Corporate Governance Specialist

Our Corporate Advisory team provides ongoing services to over 1500 Australian companies, including subsidiaries of global leaders. We are seeking an experienced corporate governance specialist to join our team in Sydney or Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Registration and maintenance of corporate registers for local subsidiaries and foreign-registered companies
  • Ensuring compliance with Corporations Act requirements
  • Drafting documents for company changes, including director appointments and share issues

Requirements:

  • Excellent understanding of corporate governance frameworks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in small teams
  • Highly organized and attention to detail

About the Role

As a key member of our Corporate Advisory team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including registration of public and proprietary companies, and maintenance of corporate registers.
