About Our Opportunity
This is a full-time role in which you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, while also providing essential administrative support to facilitate our business operations.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound phone and email inquiries with professionalism and care
- Coordinate customer bookings and schedule installations/services
- Process quotes, invoices, and customer documentation
- Assist with government incentive paperwork (e.g. STCs)
- Support the sales team with lead follow-up and customer communications
- Perform general office administration tasks to support daily business operations
About You
We are seeking someone who is:
Friendly, approachable, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Confident using computers and learning new systems
Able to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team
Previous experience in administration or customer service is desirable but not essential
Australian work rights are required for this position
