We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Senior Customer Service Representative.

**About the Role:**

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity where you will be the initial point of contact for residents, contractors, and visitors to our service. You will provide exceptional customer service, answer and direct telephone enquiries appropriately, and undertake various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our facility.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide outstanding customer service to residents, contractors, and visitors
- Answer and direct telephone enquiries effectively
- Assist with filing, document preparation, mail distribution, and banking
- Manage petty cash and maintain safe tins
- Support the manager and other staff members as required
