We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Student Operations Officer to join our Senior School team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining a visible presence across school grounds, ensuring student safety and appropriate behaviour during unstructured times. This includes supervising detentions, monitoring bus stops, lockers, and phone storage compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Safety and Behaviour

- Maintain a safe and respectful environment for students.

2. Supervision and Support

- Supervise detentions and monitor student behaviour during unstructured times.

3. Incident Response

- Respond to incidents involving physical/verbal conflict and de-escalate conflict using calm, non-confrontational approaches.

4. Reporting and Documentation

- Document behavioural incidents, uniform breaches, and academic misconduct.

5. Liaison and Communication

- Liaise with parents, wellbeing staff, and external agencies when required.

6. Safety and Security

- Monitor school grounds for intruders or unsafe conditions and report concerns promptly.
