We are seeking a proactive and engaging individual who can build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a sound understanding of international education, and a passion for working with diverse cultures.

Your Responsibilities

  • To develop and implement a multi-faceted social program that engages international students and promotes a healthy work-life balance;
  • To provide advice, guidance, and administrative support to students, ensuring they receive efficient and effective services related to their individual needs;
  • To collaborate with colleagues to deliver operational objectives, managing and supervising the Welcome Desk Officer and Student Ambassador(s) as required;
  • To foster positive relationships with peers, senior managers, university stakeholders, parents, and students from various ethnic and cultural backgrounds;
  • To implement procedures that are effective, efficient, and produce timely management information, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving capabilities;
  • To support the mental health and well-being of young adults, communicating clearly with employees and students at all levels.
