About The Role

We are seeking an exceptional Sous Chef to join our team at The Bridgeview, a renowned pub in Sydney. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen operation, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Lead and mentor the kitchen team, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and implement new menu concepts, ensuring they align with our brand's culinary vision.
  • Oversee the day-to-day kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering, and stock control.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring the highest quality ingredients are sourced at competitive prices.
  • Contribute to the development of our culinary team, providing training and coaching to enhance their skills and knowledge.
