About the Role

You will be an indispensable support member to our residential aged care manager and client services officer, ensuring that our home operates efficiently. Your day will involve:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to everyone, whether in person, on the phone or over email.
  • Managing the front desk, answering calls and managing correspondence.
  • Welcoming visitors, volunteers, contractors to the home.
  • Assisting with procurement and staff supplies.
  • Maintaining accurate records - record keeping, filing etc.
  • Showcasing our home to future residents and their families.
  • Supporting the office manager and residential aged care manager in their daily tasks.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A genuine desire to make a difference in people's lives.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid computer and data management skills.
  • Previous experience in a reception/administration position (highly regarded).
