**Job Title:** Site Experience Specialist

**About the Role:**

Your primary responsibility will be to create a seamless experience for our customers when they visit our site to test drive or collect their vehicle. This involves being the face of Cars24, showcasing our products, and ensuring that every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.

**Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personalized support to customers during their site visits, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

- Work closely with the Customer Operations team to ensure that vehicles are ready for inspection and delivery on time.

- Develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and tailoring the experience to meet their expectations.

- Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall customer experience.

**Requirements:**

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.

- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions to customer issues.

- Ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Valid driver's license, with a willingness to undergo police and background checks.
