Workplace Experience Lead

About the Role:

This is a key leadership position within our organization, responsible for creating exceptional workplace experiences across multiple sites.

  • The successful candidate will join a newly created global team and help shape the strategic roadmap for real estate and implement new business models.

The Facilities & Workplace Experience Lead will champion workplace experience and culture on site in Brisbane, overseeing all activities related to the sites. This includes being the first point of contact for all services provided by the landlord, managing site operations, and coordinating activities with external service providers.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and coordinate all activities related to the sites, including negotiations with external service providers and monitoring service provision.
  2. Implement security guidelines for the sites and employees, including emergency response and readiness.
  3. Develop and manage a competitive workplace experience budget.
  4. Create multi-annual improvement plans endorsed by stakeholders.
  5. Define and control a 'hospitality' approach for the sites, including events organization.
  6. Maintain sites at the requested standard in terms of sustainability, brands centricity, and Opella culture.
  7. Manage pest control assessments and relationships with waste contractors.
  8. Attend Body Corporate meetings for site management.

  • Experience managing medium-large sites and a track record of creating exceptional workplace experiences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
