Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project cost trends and forecasts

  • Maintain risk registers to identify and mitigate potential financial impacts
  • Monitor and report on actual costs against budgeted amounts
  • Liaise with project stakeholders to compile and submit client progress claims
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, engineering, or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in cost management on major infrastructure projects
  • Demonstrated proficiency in cost management tools, including Excel, SAP, Power BI, SharePoint, and JDE
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
