Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and dealership promotions to maximize sales opportunities
  • Deliver positive face-to-face customer service experiences and build strong relationships with customers
  • Maximize every sales opportunity and prospect for new customers
  • Provide assistance, advice, and support to customers, including sourcing information and delivering customer support services
  • Follow up with customers and maintain accurate database records
  • Welcoming new customers to the dealership and ensuring a positive first impression
  • Adhere to dealership standards and policies
Requirements
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a positive can-do attitude
  • Experience in a customer service role or similar, with a strong work ethic and ability to learn and navigate new systems
  • Open, confident communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Availability to work Saturdays and hold a current driver's license
