We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Central Support Unit, you will provide critical support to internal business stakeholders, ensuring they receive timely and effective assistance with their application and development needs.
Your primary responsibilities will include providing business and technical support for core business applications and projects, working closely with business units to resolve support requests, investigating and troubleshooting application support issues, and collaborating with internal and external technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Prior experience in an application support role, with excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Understanding of relational databases, dataflows, and data analysis.
- Demonstrated experience in application support, systems analysis.
- ITIL Foundations (desirable but not essential).
- Prior experience in applications testing (desirable but not essential).
