
Senior Assessment Coordinator

The role of the Client Services Officer is to oversee a portfolio of clients and coordinate their assessments. The officer will work closely with each client from initial enquiry, providing proposals, planning and coordinating assessments, and handling post-assessment activities.
This position requires strong rapport-building skills and the ability to understand and anticipate clients' needs in the context of regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will be part of a program team and report directly to a Program Leader.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Preparing proposals for clients and prospective clients
- Scheduling audits according to prescribed timeframes
- Preparing audit documents for auditors and clients
- Fostering positive relationships with auditors and providing support
- Contributing to continuous improvement activities and other projects
To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualities:
- Able to work independently and as part of a strong team
- Contribute to the growth and development of programs and client acquisition
- Experience in fast-paced administrative or coordination roles, preferably within a certification body
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams)
- Experience using CRM and administration software
- Solutions-focused approach to challenges
- Ability to follow set processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Strong time management skills and prioritization abilities
The following qualifications would be highly desirable for this position:
- Tertiary qualification in health, business, or social sciences
- Auditor qualifications or quality management experience
- Previous experience working for a certification body
