About the Role

Your key responsibilities will include business support and quality assurance of administrative documentation within the Assessments area.

You will collate supporting documentation required to progress assessment of proposals allocated by Team Leaders, Senior Assessors and Assessors, ensuring balanced workload across the team. The evidence, research and administrative documentation needed for assessment, program performance or inspections proposals must be accurate, complete and ready to enter the assessment process.

Liaising with applicants or delivery agents is essential to obtain additional information where administrative documentation is missing, inconsistent or incomplete. You will also provide feedback and updates to Managers, Team Leaders, Senior Assessors and Assessors on the collation of assessment materials.

Formatting, coordinating and finalising briefing papers, correspondence, reports and other information in compliance with QRA templates and requirements is a critical aspect of this role.

Operational support includes travel bookings, correspondence, onboarding and report preparation to support administrative functions across the division, including mail merge.

Maintaining collaborative relationships with external stakeholders, such as state funding agencies, state and local government applicants and delivery agencies, is crucial.

This role requires working under limited supervision, using a high level of initiative to resolve issues, and reporting directly to a Team Leader, Assessments.
